    PPS advises clients on the most appropriate strategy in relation to their short, medium and long-term real estate requirements, interests or investments in the context of a specific business use or environment or an overall corporate development or financial plan. General strategic advisory services include land use analysis and recommendations, locational assessments, conservation/ redevelopment opportunities and the critical assessment/prioritization of all available real estate options.

    PPS has long established relationships with real estate service providers throughout Asia, particularly in Hong Kong and in the Greater Bay Area, who are not only familiar with their local markets and business practices but also part of the local culture and so is able to provide services over a wide geographic area. PPS and its associates have developed an enviable track record and reputation for complex problem solving in the developing markets of the region.

    Nicholas Brooke, Past President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, has spent many years working in the region. He is an advisor to a wide range of public and private organizations as well as being a well-known commentator on property related matters.

    Property Valuation

    We provide professional land administration advice including lease modification and land exchange applications, waiver applications, short-term tenancy applications, land premium and waiver fee assessment & negotiation and other land-related matters. PPS also provides expert property advisory for both public sector (e.g. government planning and infrastructure studies) and private sector clients, including many of the leading property developers and many public corporations, multi-national companies and private families and individuals in relation to all aspects of property value, development, investment, ownership and occupation. In addition, we advise our clients on statutory town planning procedures, including Application for Amendment of Plan under Section 12A and Application for Planning Permission under Section 16, many of which also involve the co-ordination of multi-disciplinary consultancy teams assembled in connection with technical submissions to the Town Planning Board for complicated and larger-scale planning studies.

    PPS conducts regular independent valuations for clients involving residential, office, industrial, retail, hospitality asset classes and institutional grade properties for accounting, financing and court submission purposes. As a senior member of the surveying profession, Mr. Nicholas Brooke is frequently consulted on issues relating to value, and has acted as an independent expert and independent expert witness on many occasions and many of these appointments relate to the requirement for an independent view as to rental or capital value.

    PPS undertakes financial analyses and due diligence exercises for properties to facilitate client’s decisions relating to real estate acquisition and disposition.
